and download and install the latest version on your system. In addition, the connection string needs to have the exact driver name, which can be found in the Drivers tab of the ODBC Data Sources Administrator, under Control Panel > Administrative Tools. |
| Query Results table has correct results for text fields, but question marks show up for media fields. | CW is unable to retrieve the media files referenced by the cells in question. Double-clicking on a cell should show the path from which CW is trying to load its media file. Make sure that the path and/or the filename are correct. If the path is relative, or the cell contains a filename only, ensure that the Footage Search Paths/URLs are set correctly. |
